What is a ski phone case?

A ski phone case is a phone case printed with real ski or snowboard topsheet artwork, so it looks like your favourite skis or board. Ours come in slim Snap, rugged Tough and MagSafe options for iPhone and Samsung.

Which phones do your ski phone cases fit?

We make cases for most recent iPhone and Samsung Galaxy models. Choose your exact model on each product page — and if you don't see yours, just contact us.

Are the cases Magsafe?

Every iPhone case we offer, from the 12 to the 17 series are fully MagSafe compatible.

How do I preview my Custom Case?

To keep our shipping times fast, we don't provide design previews.

If you need to see a mock-up before your case is produced, please email us immediately after ordering.

How fast is the shipping?

For the USA, we ship via USPS Ground Advantage, with an average delivery time of 3–4 days.

For EU orders, we offer both DHL eCommerce and DHL Express shipping options.

Do you provide Order Tracking?

Yes, we provide full order tracking.

You’ll receive your tracking code by email once production is complete and your order has shipped.

Do you offer refunds?

We don’t offer refunds on personalized cases unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If that happens, just email us at maxtree@skiingcreed.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue — we’ll replace or refund it right away.
