Refund policy
1. No Refunds on Personalized Items:
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized phone cases unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Each case is made to order, and reselling a custom design (e.g., a specific ski model for a specific phone type) is not feasible.
2. Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Orders:
We will gladly offer a refund or replacement if:
- You received the wrong item (e.g., wrong phone model or design).
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
In these cases, please contact us at Maxtree@skiingcreed.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.
3. Cancellations:
We accept cancellations within 6 hours of placing the order. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
4. Return Shipping:
If a return is necessary due to a defective or incorrect item, you do not need to return the original item. Simply contact us at Maxtree@skiingcreed.com with a photo of the issue, and we will send you the correct item at no additional cost.
