At SkiingCreed, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Production & Processing

Orders are produced and processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Europe: 

  • Regular 4-6 business days (€4.95)
  • Express 1-3 business days (€14.95)

United States: 3-4 business days ($4.90)

Other Countries: 7-13 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs processing or local courier delays.

Every iPhone case we offer, from the 12 to the 17 series are fully MagSafe compatible.

How do I preview my Custom Case? Plus

To keep our shipping times fast, we don't provide design previews.

If you need to see a mock-up before your case is produced, please email us immediately after ordering.

How fast is the shipping? Plus

For the USA, we ship via USPS Ground Advantage, with an average delivery time of 3–4 days.

For EU orders, we offer both DHL eCommerce and DHL Express shipping options.

Do you provide Order Tracking? Plus

Yes, we provide full order tracking.

You’ll receive your tracking code by email once production is complete and your order has shipped.
Do you offer refunds? Plus

We don’t offer refunds on personalized cases unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If that happens, just email us at maxtree@skiingcreed.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue — we’ll replace or refund it right away.
