2. How fast is the shipping?
For the USA, we ship via USPS Ground Advantage, with an average delivery time of 3–4 days. For EU orders, we offer both DHL eCommerce and DHL Express shipping options.

Yes, we provide full order tracking.
You’ll receive your tracking code by email once production is complete and your order has shipped.

4. Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds on personalized cases unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If that happens, just email us at maxtree@skiingcreed.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue — we’ll replace or refund it right away.

Copy Your Link

Find a website showing the specific ride you want on your case. Paste the URL into the Website Link box so we know exactly what setup should be on the case.

Step 2

Choose Color & Type

Pick a background color by adding a Hex Code (e.g., #0000), then select the case protection level that fits you best: Snap, Tough, or Tough MagSafe.

Step 3

Order, Made, Shipped

Once your order is placed, your design goes live on our production line. We’ll have your custom case printed and shipped out in within 48 hours.
